1. IronFX Financial Services Limited (“IronFX”) is authorised and regulated by Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission under licence number 125/10 and promotes a Deposit and Trade Program (the “Deposit and Trade Program”) where existing and potential Clients can win prizes such as a FREE iPad2 or iPhone4s.

2. By opening a trading account under this Deposit and Trade Program the Client acknowledges that he has read, and agreed to be bound by, these terms and conditions as well as to the IronFX Trading Terms and Conditions.

3. The Deposit and Trade promotional period starts on 01/01/2012 and ends on 31/03/2012. For a Client to be eligible on obtaining a FREE iPad2 or iPhone4s has to meet, inter-alias, the following criteria:

• a. Depositing at least an initial single deposit of USD 10,000 or equivalent during the promotional period;>
• b. Complete at least the minimum Round Turn Lot Traded* as per below table within 1 calendar month from the date of the initial single deposit was made. Depending of the initial single deposit the Client will need to complete different levels of Round Turn Lot Traded in to be eligible to receive a FREE iPad2 or iPhone4s.

IMPORTANT:
* Round Turn Lot Traded takes into consideration only the closed trades and excludes any open trades as well as any trades which are less than 5 minutes as well as trades on CFD Shares.

Examples:

• On January 01, 2012, a Client deposits in a single deposit $20,000, this means that he will need to complete 250 round turn lot traded by February 01, 2012.
• On January 25, 2012, a Client deposits in a single deposit $40,000, this means that he will need to complete 500 round turn lot traded by February 25, 2012.

4. IronFX shall not be responsible for any delays credits into the Client’s trading account due to various payment method providers.

5. The Deposit and Trade Program prize will be limited to one account per account holder.

6. The Deposit and Trade Program prize, either an iPad2 or iPhone4s, will be mail via post to the Client’s registered mail address. The Client is sole responsible for any taxes, VAT, custom fees or any other expenses may incur on collecting from his local authorities or service providers the prize sent by IronFX.

7. IronFX has the right to select the device to be sent to the winners, either iPad2 or iPhone4s, as well as the model and color of each device.

8. The Client may apply for only one IronFX promotional offer during the promotion period of the Deposit and Trade Program.

9. The Deposit and Trade Program prizes will be mail to eligible winners within six month from 01/01/2012..

10. IronForex employees, Introducers and Partners cannot participate in this promotion.

11. If IronFX suspects that a Client has abused or attempted to abuse a promotion or has used specific programs (i.e. Expert Advisors, etc.) or otherwise acted with a lack of good faith towards IronFX, then IronFX reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to deny, withhold or withdraw from the Client his eligibility of participating in the Deposit and Trade Program or promotion, even in cases where the Client meets the conditions set on above clauses, and if necessary to cancel any terms and conditions with respect to that Client, either temporarily or permanently, or terminate that Client’s access to the service and/or block that Client’s account.

12. To claim the Deposit and Trade prize the Client needs to send an email via his registered email address to promotions@ironfx.com stating his trading account number and will be able to receive his prize as long as all conditions set in this terms and conditions are met accumulatively.

13. IronFX reserves the right to modify, change or terminate this program/offer at any time without the consent of the Client.

14. Clients will be excluded from this promotion in case they abuse the program and withdraw funds with the purpose to redeposit them again in order to participate in the said promotion. The Deposits should be fresh funds deposited by the Client.

15. The Client acknowledges that Forex and CFDs are leveraged products and involves a high level of risk. It is possible to lose all your capital. These products may not be suitable for everyone and you should ensure that you understand the risks involved. Seek independent advice if necessary.
